Shipping time and cost
All orders will be processed in 3 business days. The majority of our products ship in 5-8 days.

All domestic orders (US) are qualified for free shipping and will be delivered up to 11 days.  Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Economy Shipping - Free, up to 11 business days total delivery time.

We do not ship outside of US.

Unclaimed orders
We reserve the right to debit the costs for the handling that occurs when a package is not picked up (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of $25 if the package is not collected. The shipment is at the post office for 14 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you must first collect the package and then return it. Packages that are not picked up are not considered within the right of cancellation.

NOTE: To avoid the item being sent incorrectly or not delivered by the postman, it is important that you enter the correct name, address and postcode when ordering. It is also important that the mailbox is marked with the same name as in the order.

Right of withdrawal and conditions for returning goods
According to the Right of Cancellation Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. These terms and conditions apply both to distance trading and to trading in our stores.

If you want to make use of the right of withdrawal, you must notify the seller as soon as possible and at the latest by the day the deadline expires.

The right of withdrawal should give you the opportunity to examine the item carefully before you decide whether you want to keep the item. It may be necessary to open parts of the packaging to examine the product's nature, properties and function. The right to examine the item is limited and can be compared to the examination you can carry out if you buy goods in a shop.

If your use and examination of the item goes beyond what is reasonable and necessary, it is possible that you will have to pay compensation to us because the item has lost value. However, you do not lose the right to cancel even if you have gone beyond the right of examination, or started using the product in the usual way, as long as you cancel within the cancellation period.

You must first bear the costs of the return and get them reimbursed when the return has been approved by us. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned with proper wrapping and packaging. You may be held liable for damage to the item due to careless or improper return.

Send the item in its original packaging, well packed. It is required that you send the item back with a registered tracking as you have the burden of proof that the item has been sent back.

Returns that are sent on collection will not be picked up by us. Remember to attach a proof of purchase or other documentation that the item was purchased from us. Also state your name and address as well as account number for any refund.

When will I get a refund for my return?
We work hard to process your return within 2-4 days after we have received the package back to us. On return, the money will be refunded to the same payment method you used when ordering.

From the day you receive confirmation of the received return with the return amount, Stripe will repay to your bank card/bank account within 10 working days, with PayPal you will have the return amount available on your PayPal account within 1-2 working days.
