1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return an item if:
    • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.
    • You received the wrong product.

2. Return Timeframe

  • You must initiate a return request within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our customer support team at contact@modernlifestores.com or (817)618-5715 to initiate the return process.  The product must be received by us 30 days from date of receipt.

3. Condition of the Item

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags attached.
  • Items must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition.
  • Items returned in a condition that makes them unsellable will be subject to a restocking fee.

4. Customized and Personalized Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customized or personalized items, as they are specially made to your specifications. We recommend carefully reviewing your order details before finalizing your purchase.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about Certain or specific item.

5. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@modernlifestores.com or (817)618-5715.
  • Our support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA), and give you instructions on where to send the item.  Items will need to be mailed to:  1707 Troon Ct, Granbury, TX  76048 at your expense.  

6. Refund or Exchange

  • After receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will either issue a refund to the original payment method or provide an exchange as per your preference.
  • Refunds may take 5 days to process and appear in your account from the day we receive the product.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective.

7. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

8. Cancellations
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in the process of shipping, and we may not be able to cancel it.
